Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (we recommend using a trackable service)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Final sale items marked “Limited Time” or “Andree Deals” cannot be returned
- Bodysuits and activewear must have hygiene seals intact for returns
How to Return or Exchange

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours (except weekends) with return instructions and your RMA number
- Package Your Items: Include all original tags and packaging (our Best Sellers deserve to travel in style)

Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
