Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (we recommend using a trackable service)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Final sale items marked “Limited Time” or “Andree Deals” cannot be returned
  • Bodysuits and activewear must have hygiene seals intact for returns
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear (unless defective), bodysuits without original packaging, and final sale items from our $18 & UNDER SALE or 60% OFF Small collections cannot be returned.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our style squad at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours (except weekends) with return instructions and your RMA number
  3. Package Your Items: Include all original tags and packaging (our Best Sellers deserve to travel in style)
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our Columbus boutique at:

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (standard shipping rates apply).
