Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders $50+): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas). Please note that customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable service)
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear (unless defective)
  • Bodysuits without original packaging
  • Final sale items marked “Limited Time” or “Andree Deals”
  • Items from our $18 & UNDER SALE or 60% OFF Small collections
  • Activewear and bodysuits without intact hygiene seals

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours (weekdays) with return instructions and your RMA number
  3. Package Your Items: Include all original tags and packaging

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

For exchanges: We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (standard shipping rates apply).

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian/remote areas):
